ChocoBar Golf Tradition — tablette de chocolat Dark 65% Ecuador & Santo Domingo

For nearly a century, Valais has nurtured a passion for golf, carried by spectacular landscapes and renowned courses.

Blending naturally into the alpine terrain, these courses offer golfers an experience that is both technical and contemplative, where one plays as much with the ball as with emotion.

A blend as assured and elegant as a swing, as subtle and mastered as a putt!

At the crossroads of aromatic power and gustatory finesse, this chocolate expresses the rare alliance between strength and subtlety.

This chocolate reveals a pleasantly smoky flavour profile, elevated by peaty whisky nuances and a fruity finish evoking ripe banana and raisins.

Pastel représentant le golf à Crans-Montana — Myriam Isoz, 2025

Pastel - 38 x 24 cm - Myriam Isoz - 2025

This pastel is an immersion in the world of Valaisian golf, inspired by the legendary hole 7 of the Severiano Ballesteros course at Crans-Montana — recognised as one of the most sumptuous in the world.

Facing this setting, concentration fades, giving way to wonder. I drew golfers in suspension, frozen in a contemplative moment, captivated by the beauty of the landscape.

Their silhouettes borrow the elegance of the 1920s–30s — an era that embodies a refinement and charm that is resolutely British.

This choice is a nod to the origins of golf in Valais, introduced by the English at the beginning of the 20th century. By depicting them thus, I wanted to pay homage to this connection, blending alpine heritage with cultural legacy from across the Channel.
